Last week, while waiting for the school bus to return, I had one half-hour to draw, outside, along the water - I first thought I would try the view... but it meant a lot of Perspective Fights - and then I noticed what I immediately called the Gang of Lazy Pigeons, and I quickly forgot all about the difficult view, and had some fun drawing those pigeons.
And then yesterday, another waiting session, meaning I had 30-40 minutes to draw outside - and as I was near the Flevopark, I went there, hoping to find ducks (I've been wanting to draw ducks for months!). And yaaay, I found them! But they seemed to be friends with the lazy pigeons... So they quickly became the Club of Sleepy Ducks :)
Luckily, the herons were also there, standing guard on, hmmm, not sure on what actually. But I know I love drawing herons! Drawing/painting water, grass and green things in general is not a piece of cake, though!
